The minibar contents were complimentary. The room included a bicycle for guest use. The breakfast buffet had numerous selections and fresh ingredients.
The room lacked a bit of functional lighting in the central area.

modern design helpful staff early check-in
The hotel room was super clean and boasted a very modern design. It was super clean. the staff members were supportive and cute. i was even allowed to check in early at 10:00 am , made my arrival smoother.

the hotel is situated near many key attractions and is only a short walk to a bus stop. nyhavn is conveniently accessible within about a 10-minute walk, easy to explore the area.

room layout helpful staff simple items breakfast options
The room's layout was quite good. I found there were many hooks for clothes. space for suitcases. There was also sufficient room to put toiletries away. The included minibar was a nice addition and I found it had a few simple items! The staff was helpful and upbeat. I really appreciated their positive attitude. Breakfast was also excellent, I found many options.
The gym is external! It's only staffed from 10 am. This made my early morning workout a bit difficult to plan.

The hotel offers bicycle rentals. I noticed many guests taking advantage of this service. There is also a modern nautical theme throughout the hotel, I thought it was very tastefully done and matched the location perfectly! I appreciated the attention to detail.

Excellent Stay on Paper Island
helpful staff modern atmosphere
i found the staff helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions. the hotel design created a modern atmosphere. i appreciated the complimentary mini bar items available in my room. the location made it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot.
i found that the room lacked sufficient lighting in the main area , made unpacking and selecting clothes a bit difficult. it would be helpful to have brighter, more functional lighting throughout the room.
